DALLASAfter a six-month application process, Scott Jessen and Scott Morse, managing partners of Dallas-based real estate advisory firm Citadel Partners, have been named Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Designee members. This designation is held by the most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

Combined, Jessen and Morse have more than 60 years of experience in commercial real
estate and are proud to have maintained long-term client relationships throughout the years.

Today, there are more than 3,000 SIOR members in more than 630 cities in 34 countries.

To apply for SIOR Designation, real estate practitioners must meet established revenue
production requirements, tenure in the business and must be actively engaged as an industrial or office real estate professional.

Candidates are required to provide formal endorsements from active members of SIOR to
prove the applicant is a knowledgeable professional in the industrial or office real estate market
while upholding the ethical standards of practice established by SIOR’s Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice.
