LAS VEGAS—Xceligent Inc., a leading provider of proactively researched commercial real estate information and marketing solutions and GlobeSt.com thought leader, in partnership with the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas has formed  industry-specific advisory boards of leading commercial real estate professionals in Southern Nevada to review the industry’s performance and trends on a quarterly and annual basis. Xceligent executives said the information gleaned from these advisory boards will help position the local commercial real estate market regionally and nationally as a leader in tracking comprehensive market data on commercial property vacancy, absorption and rental indicators.

“This is a significant step in helping Xceligent and Las Vegas develop the most accurate, complete and focused database of commercial real estate information in the area,” says Xceligent regional vice president Steven Golin. “We’re especially pleased that so many of the top people in the profession have a clear and willing conviction to volunteer their time to participate in this important process for the good of their peers, clients and the business community.”

CALV President-elect Bobbi Miracle, CCIM, who is also an advisory board member, notes that “this board includes some of the top experts in town representing the local office, industrial, retail and other commercial real estate markets. This board and its ability to verify key information about movement in our local market is a big part of what separates Xceligent and its database from other services.”

CALV president Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM, adds that this board is another example of Xceligent’s ongoing and increased commitment to develop “the best platform of its type in our market. It’s one of the main reasons CALV partnered with Xceligent more than a year ago.”

The next series of advisory board meetings are scheduled for mid-July, when the assembled professionals will determine market and submarket boundaries used by the industry while searching for-sale and for-lease opportunities, as well as classifications and sub-classes of specific property types.

Doug Curry, Xceligent founder and CEO, notes that Xceligent has a 15-year track record of partnering with the industry, both nationally and at the local market level. “Xceligent works closely with advisory boards comprised of the leading professionals in each market who meet on a quarterly basis to review market conditions by verifying tenant movement and completed transactions.”
