Wood Partners Hires Seasoned Veteran for Western Region

SAN FRANCISCO—Wood Partners has hired Trinity Blue, a veteran property manager and former vice president of AvalonBay Communities in New York, as senior vice president of operations for its western region. In the newly created position, Blue will oversee and drive internal property management operations with a primary focus on maximizing net operating income on the company’s Western Region portfolio.
