Stream Realty Adds Nine Professionals

DALLAS–After launching a multifamily services division lead by Jeff Patterson, the company has expanded the team to include nine additional professionals.

DALLAS–Just two months after Stream Realty Partners launched its national multifamily services division it has brought on nine specialists. Lead by Jeff Patterson, the group will focus on multifamily property owners in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, with hopes to expand elsewhere in the country.

“The team and I were attracted to Stream Realty’s entrepreneurial culture because not only does it empower talented people, but that spirit greatly drives the firm’s revenue and success,” Patterson told GlobeSt.com in an exclusive interview.
