HOUSTON–Highpoint at Cypresswood has completed construction. Owners Embrey Partners and Stonelake Capital Partners aimed to create an upscale multifamily community in the northwest submarket.
“We’ve really found a special place here,” says John Kiltz, of Stonelake Capital Partners. “We’ve developed an urban feel, nestled near beautiful natural areas, including three parks, a trail and a nature preserve – all within walking distance. Highpoint provides a contemporary urban lifestyle with all the benefits of suburban living.”
The 336-unit high-end apartment complex is located in the southwest corner of Highway 249 and Cypresswood Drive. The property consists of two four-story buildings, hosting one- and two-bedroom units that range in square from 574 square feet and 1,188 square feet.
Amenities at Highpoint at Cypresswood include a 6,500-square-foot clubhouse, swimming pool, cabanas, grilling areas, dog park, shaded bike station, fitness center and a wildflower garden.
“Our goal is to provide a community that you would typically find inside the Loop minus the parking garage,” says John Kirk, executive vice president of development for Embrey.
