Beaird Joins HFF, Focuses on Land Sales

DALLAS—Beaird, who joins the firm as a director, has more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience.

DALLAS—HFF just recently hired Ben Beaird as a director in the firm’s Dallas office to focus on land investment sales transactions in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Beaird has more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience. 

He joins HFF from Beaird Commercial Realty where he was responsible for business development, acquisition of property for developers and investors, and land dispositions. Prior to that, he was the director of economic development for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
