Hedrick Added to Irvine Co's Expansion

SANTA CLARA, CA—Executive brings nearly 25 Years of Bay Area experience as he joins a team of recent recruits.

SANTA CLARA, CA—Irvine Company Office Properties says accomplished real estate executive Todd Hedrick has joined as regional vice president of leasing for the company’s expanding portfolio of office workplaces in Northern California.

Hedrick brings nearly 25 years of experience in Bay Area real estate and joins the Irvine Company most recently from Equity Office Properties, where he served as senior vice president of leasing responsible for 10 million square feet of office and research and development workspace. Prior to Equity, Hedrick served in senior leasing and portfolio management positions with CarrAmerica and Legacy Partners.
