Art House in Jersey City More Than 80% Leased

JERSEY CITY, NJ—Demonstrating the market's strong appetite for high-end apartment living, The Art House luxury rental building in downtown Jersey City is more than 80% leased, with nearly 100 of its 119 residences now under contract, just three months after opening to the public.

JERSEY CITY, NJ—Demonstrating the market’s strong appetite for high-end apartment living, The Art House luxury rental building in downtown Jersey City is more than 80% leased, with nearly 100 of its 119 residences now under contract, just three months after opening to the public.

Exclusive leasing broker Natalie Miniard of JCity Realty and her team of leasing agents reached the leasing milestone less than three months after the fully-amenitized, 12-story building officially opened to the public in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District.
