Brandywine Launches a Second Townhome Project

NORWALK, CA—Brandywine Homes has announced plans for its second townhome project in the L.A. area this year. The developer purchased a two-acre parcel in Norwalk, CA, to build the Sunstone, a 31-townhome community. It plans to break ground on the development this month, and will bring the for-sale homes to market in September of this year. The community will be ready for move-in in March 2016.

“Norwalk is an ideal place for this new home community because of its centralized location to job centers in both Orange and L.A. Counties, its proximity to freeways and its access to great shopping and local schools,” Dave Barisic, VP of sales and marketing at Brandywine Homes, tells GlobeSt.com about the company’s attraction to the area. Brandywine is also under construction on a townhome community in Arcadia, CA. That community sits on just under an acre of land, and will have 17 three-story townhomes. The developer is also opened Seabright, a townhome community in Costa Mesa in Orange County, earlier this year.
