Boies Law Firm Becomes Anchor Tenant in East End Office

WASHINGTON, DC—New York City-based law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP is relocating to 1401 New York Ave.

WASHINGTON, DC—New York City-based law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP will relocate its DC offices to the 10th and 11th floors of 1401 New York Ave., where it will be the office property’s anchor tenant.

The law firm currently occuppies space at 5301 Washington Ave. NW that is on several non-contiguous floors due in part to its recent expansion –  Boise, Schiller has lured several attorneys from senior positions in the White House and Capitol Hill to join the law firm. It currently employs 57 Washington-based lawyers, plus staff, and the firm expects it will continue to grow.
