CHANTILLY, VA—Government contractor CACI International has extended its full-building lease and partial space in another building within Commonwealth Centre, a 100-acre mixed-use campus within the Westfields hub. Its total footprint in this enclave is 220,551 square feet.

It occupies all of the 14370 Newbrook Dr., a 160,000-square foot, five-story building, and 37% of the similarly-sized 14360 Newbrook Dr. BPG Properties developed these buildings in 2008 and 2009 for about $48 million each. They went on to become the first office buildings in Virginia to achieve LEED Platinum status.
