ORLANDO—Already one of the fastest growing communities in America, Tavistock Development’s Lake Nona is planning to develop the first office building in the Sports and Performance District. The district is one of the cornerstones of the 11-square-mile, integrated and collaborative community.

“Lake Nona’s primary jobs center began less than a decade ago with Medical City, a 650-acre life sciences cluster, where anchor partners clustered in close proximity to spark innovation,” Andy Odenbach, vice president of sports ventures for Tavistock. “We believe clusters are the turbo boost for results.”
