ORLANDO—Hilton Tampa Downtown, a 520-room, full-service hotel in Downtown Tampa, FL, has traded hands. The sale price: $101 million.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership between Driftwood Hospitality Management and H.I.G. Realty Partners. CrossHarbor Capital Partners purchased the asset. HFF also placed the floating-rate acquisition loan with a banking and financial services holding company on behalf of CrossHarbor.
