Midtown’s 999 Peachtree Street—a property Franklin Street Properties owns and Hines manages—is welcoming a new retail tenant. MidiCi – The Neapolitan Pizza Company plans to occupy about 4,500 square feet of retail space in the mixed-use asset by the end of the year.
