Developer: This Is One of the Most Desirable Miami Markets

MIAMI—Construction is finally complete at Two Roads Development’s Biscayne Beach condominium in Downtown Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood. The 52-story luxury tower has received an initial temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) and is moving forward with unit closings, opening the door for residents to take ownership of their condos, begin interior build-outs and prepare to move in. Since launching sales in 2013, approximately 99% of Biscayne Beach’s 391 have been sold with prices between $400,000 and $9 million.
