Deal Could Provide Mount Sinai Flagship Hospital on Long Island

NEW YORK CITY—South Nassau Communities Hospital's Board of Directors has agreed to enter exclusive discussions with New York City-based Mount Sinai Health system on a possible affiliation agreement.

NEW YORK CITY—Mount Sinai Hospital could extend its scope of services further to Long Island in the near future, although the deal would require  $120 million in investment.

South Nassau Communities Hospital’s Board of Directors has agreed to enter exclusive discussions with New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System on a possible affiliation agreement.
