C&W's Sidor Promoted to Managing Principal of New England Operations

BOSTON—Sidor has served as senior managing director and Americas lead for C&W's Specialty Practice Groups. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield and its legacy companies, she held senior leadership positions at Colliers International and CB Richard Ellis/New England.

BOSTON—Cushman & Wakefield reports that Carolyn Sidor has been promoted to managing principal of the brokerage firm’s New England operations, replacing Joe Fallon, who has held the post for a little over a year-and-a-half.

Fallon has been named executive vice chairman of New England, C&W reports and will work with Sidor to manage and lead the firm’s New England region brokerage business. The new positions for the two C&W executives are effective May 22nd. Fallon was appointed to head the New England territory in October 2015. The New England region, in addition to covering Greater Boston, also entails the Hartford, CT and Manchester, NH markets.
