Boutique Grocery Stores “Essential” to Retail

Vintage Grocer has three locations in L.A.

LOS ANGELES—Caruso Affiliated has signed specialty market Vintage Grocer as an anchor at Palisades Village, a significant retail redevelopment project in the Pacific Palisades. Finding a boutique grocer was deemed essential to the project and to creating a community experience and gathering place. The retail project is scheduled to open in 2018.

“The future of the project has been shaped by community input, and a specialty grocer was deemed essential to the project from the very beginning,” Kloe Colacarro, head of leasing at Caruso Affiliated, tells GlobeSt.com. “It was important to us that the grocer was local and able to customize its offerings.  Vintage Grocers will act as an important anchor to Palisades Village.”
