High-Traffic Ship Channel Site is Fully Leased

HOUSTON—Slated for July completion, construction is underway on 100% leased 8,000-square-foot building located in a highly trafficked business and ship channel area.

HOUSTON—Baker Katz acquired a property last year with plans to revamp the property into a multi-tenant destination. The property is located at the intersection of I-10 East and Haden Road in a highly trafficked business and ship channel area.

Construction is now underway on the 8,000-square-foot building that is 100% leased to AT&T, Frost Bank and Chipotle. The project is slated for completion this July, with tenants slated to open in fall 2016.
