From Warm Shell to Full Floor in 10 Weeks

Cox, Castle & Nicholson’s new offices have gorgeous views of the Bay Bridge.

SAN FRANCISCO—Cox, Castle & Nicholson recently relocated its office to the 32nd floor of 50 California St. On an accelerated 10-week schedule, Clune Construction Company successfully constructed the full-floor build-out from warm shell condition. The space includes noise-reduction tiles and a glass partition to separate rooms while enabling sweeping views of the Bay Bridge.
