MESA, AZ—Superstition Springs Center, a 186,766-square-foot community retail center, is located at Baseline and Power Roads, just south of the US-60 in Mesa, AZ. The center is anchored by Savers, 99 Cent Only, Goodwill and Pima Medical Institute. Ancala Village, a 173,185-square-foot community retail center, is located at Via Linda and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, east of the AZ-101 in Scottsdale, AZ. Major tenants include Safeway, Ace Hardware and Dollar Tree.

Vestar has been retained by a family-owned company as the property management firm for Superstition Springs Center and Ancala Village.  Vestar now manages more than 26 million square feet of retail space throughout the West Coast.
