Fast-Track Construction Project Underway

The build-to-suit facility for Interceramic will include both office and warehouse space.

CARROLLTON, TX—Austin Ranch, Billingsley’s 1,700-acre master-planned development, is located on 1,900 acres, west of the Dallas North Tollway and south of State Highway 121. The mixed-use live/work/dine/shop site is located within the communities of The Colony, Carrollton, Plano and Frisco, TX. The build-to-suit capabilities of Austin Ranch contain more than 700 acres for corporate campuses, and 200 acres for industrial business parks and technological uses.

In the southwest corner of the development at Parker Road and Plano Parkway, the new $11.35 million build-to-suit facility for Interceramic will include both office and warehouse space, and feature curtain wall glass with exposed steel canopy entries and wood “look” tile accents around the exterior. The warehouse will be in a cross dock configuration, including six full-length truck wells for covered loading, storage and parking. It is to be located at 1950 East Parker Rd.
