Retail and Office to Join the Victory Park Mix

DALLAS—Three new concepts from Dallas entrepreneur, Tristan Simon, through a new company named Rebees, are slated to open in the second half of 2017. The Victory Park ventures will be located on Victory Park Lane, across from Cinépolis in the former LFT space, covering the entire block between Museum Way and High Market Street.

Rebees has formed a venture with Victory Park’s retail partner, Trademark Property Co., to assist Trademark with food and beverage programming throughout Victory Park and with the overall marketing of the district. Rebees will develop and operate a 4,000-square-foot retail emporium that will focus on locally made goods; develop, own and operate a new 14,000-square-foot co-working office space concept that will include a 3,500-square-foot cafe; and a new 6,000-square-foot restaurant concept.
