Two-Tenant Building in High-Trafficked Area Nabs Retailer

BEAUMONT, TX—Directly across from Parkdale Mall, this strategically placed building has easy access from Highway 69 and is an ideal location for Northern Tool’s expansion into prominent shopping districts.

BEAUMONT, TX—Northern Tool + Equipment just signed a 19,218-square-foot lease at 6250 Eastex Fwy. Northern Tool + Equipment will be located next in a two-tenant building directly across Highway 69 from Parkdale Mall and is slated to open in August. The landlord is National Retail Properties.

Houston-based Baker Katz, X Team International partner and brokerage firm, principal Jason Baker, along with Venture Commercial Real Estate’s Clay Mote, master broker for Northern Tool + Equipment, represented the tenant. Chris Pitts of Streetwise represented the landlord, National Retail Properties.
