Leasing Team Bulks up for Iconic Houston Assets

Garrett has leased approximately 2 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $600 million.

HOUSTON—The Transwestern Houston team is responsible for leasing efforts on assets including Four Oaks Place, 800 Bell, Westgate and 1900 West Loop South. Tyler Garrett has joined the Transwestern agency leasing team as vice president, adding immediate value to many of the firm’s high-profile clients and office assets. Garrett joins executive vice president, Eric Anderson, and his team to execute leasing strategies on those iconic assets and others.
