Demographics Give Rise to Extended Stay Concept

ROUND ROCK, TX—The city is close to major corporations and retail so it attracts different types of travelers, all adding to the spike in extended stay lodging.

ROUND ROCK, TX—Home2 Suites, Hilton Worldwide’s mid-tier all-suite hotel brand designed for modern business travelers and extended stay guests, opened its 47th hotel in Round Rock. The 91-suite hotel is located at 1000 West Louis Henna Blvd. and is the 13th Texas property for the brand. Home2 is on pace to reach 100 properties this year.

“Texas has served as a significant growth opportunity for the Home2 Suites brand in expanding our footprint,” said Bill Duncan, global head, Home2 Suites. “Round Rock is a flourishing market perfect for the latest Home2 property.”
