PEORIA, AZ—The Vistancia community is set amid a backdrop of mountain ranges with views of White Peak, Twin Buttes and the Bradshaw Mountains, off the Loop 303 to Lone Mountain Parkway. Vistancia’s collection of new home builders include Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Mattamy Homes, Meritage Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, Toll Brothers and Woodside Homes. David Weekley Homes has plans to open a collection of golf course homesites and a new model in Blackstone at Vistancia this fall.

The housing development caters to homebuyers looking for a golf course experience, with floorplans ranging from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet. Outdoor experiences at Vistancia include the 3.5-mile Discovery Trail linking to the community’s two on-site elementary schools and community parks; the private Blackstone Country Club featuring a Jim Engh-designed 18-hole golf course and the 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, three resort-style pools and lighted tennis courts.
