Eastmark Earns Number One Spot in the State

MESA, AZ—According to a report released by real estate advisory group RCLCO, Eastmark was ranked in the 11th spot in the country and number one in Arizona among master-planned communities.

MESA, AZ—Eastmark earned another top spot among the top 20 best-selling master-planned communities in the nation during the first half of 2016, according to a report released by real estate advisory group RCLCO. Eastmark was ranked in the 11th spot in the country and number one in Arizona. Vistancia was the only other Arizona master-planned community included in the list at number 20, as previously reported. 

According to the RCLCO report, “Its prime location in the center of the East Mesa’s gateway corridor, one of the fastest-growing and economically strongest areas of Phoenix, contributes to its success.”
