Another Building Gets the Go-Ahead at Hall Park

FRISCO, TX—HALL Park’s 17th building within the 162-acre, 2.2-million-square-foot development will be 12 stories and include 300,000 square feet, with groundbreaking planned for late next month.

FRISCO, TX—HALL Group opened its first speculative building at HALL Park in 1998. Today, the park is 96% leased with 16 completed buildings and a roster of 184 tenant companies and 8,000 employees.

Another building is going up at HALL Park, the 17th within the 162-acre, 2.2-million-square-foot development. The new class-A building will be 12 stories and include 300,000 square feet. Groundbreaking is planned for late next month, says HALL Group.
