One of Two SW Office Projects Will Soon Break Ground

The three-story building is designed to cascade down the hillside.

AUSTIN, TX—In what is being called one of the best locations in Austin, Walsh Tarlton Overlook, a 55,000-square-foot office building at 2530 Walsh Tarlton Ln., is soon to get underway. The building is scheduled to open in 2017 and is one of only two office projects currently under construction in Southwest Austin.
