Shovels Are Poised at Chisholm Trail Ranch

FORT WORTH—The master-planned community will feature both residential and commercial components, and residents will enjoy a hike-and-bike trail system linking existing parks and school sites.

FORT WORTH—Chisholm Trail Ranch, a master-planned community of residential homes and commercial-retail properties, is the first new development to begin construction along the $1.4 billion Chisholm Trail Parkway. It adjoins Fort Worth’s new 75-acre Chisholm Trail community park, anchored by the newly opened Chisholm Trail community center. This is all immediately adjacent to existing and new development along McPherson Boulevard.

Home construction marks a major step in the transformation of The Walton Group of Companies’ Chisholm Trail Ranch. The 261-acre community will feature approximately 1,031 single-family residential homes including 169 home sites in phase one.
