Job Maker Comes in the Form of a Build to Suit

BUCKEYE, AZ—Situated north of the city’s historic downtown on 77 acres located south of the southeast corner of Apache Road and Southern Avenue, Cardinal IG Companies is developing a 250,000-square-foot build-to-suit advanced glass manufacturing facility. The project will bring 100 new jobs to Buckeye.

Evergreen Devco Inc. and Evergreen-Apacheand Southern LLC sold the land to Cardinal IG Companies. Cardinal IG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardinal Glass Industries, a leading glass manufacturer with more than 6,000 employees and 37 US manufacturing locations.
