Chinese Industrial Park to Serve as International Facility

NEWARK, CA—Not only a first in the US but also serving as an international conduit, DOBE Group, a leading company in the Chinese cultural and creative industry, recently opened an industrial park located at 8407 Central Ave. DOBE plans to leverage its new location to bridge cooperation between China and the United States by combining the industrial cluster of Chinese high-tech companies with the research power from American universities.

It is DOBE Group’s first American cultural and creative industrial park. DOBE Group has undertaken the mission “to facilitate Chinese companies international development” as its responsibility. So far, DOBE Group has inked deals for approximately 50 industrial park projects both at home and abroad, spanning approximately 5,000 culture and creative technology companies. All 50 industrial park projects are fully leased.
