Desirable Melrose District is Home to New Multifamily

PHOENIX—Located at the northeast corner of Glenrosa Avenue and 6th Drive, The Curve at Melrose will offer 204 luxury apartment homes in an urban neighborhood within walking distance of numerous locally owned shops and restaurants. P.B. Bell has begun construction on the apartment community in the desirable Melrose District in downtown. Construction is expected to be complete by early 2018.

The Curve at Melrose will include studio, one-and two-bedroom residences in a variety of floor plans within the mid-rise community. With several amenities chosen by public vote in 2015, the property will include a pool and spa accented by an outdoor kitchen and gas grills. Residents will also have access to a gas fire pit, an outdoor pool table, a fitness center with city, courtyard and pool views, and an elevated lounge that features game tables, an outdoor patio, a kitchen and a television.
