Assisted Living Facilities Now Part of the Action

SCOTTSDALE, AZ—Pima Center will be the site of a new Legacy Village assisted living community. Legacy Village at Salt River is scheduled for construction in early 2017 and opening is planned for 2018. The $30 million project is expected to create more than 175 full and part-time jobs.

Western States Lodging & Management and the Colmena Group of Salt Lake City will develop a 230-unit assisted living facility within the 232-acre Pima Center, the mixed-use business park located along the Loop 101 between the Via de Ventura and Pima/90th St. exits on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community.
