Mixed-Use Site Fills Retail Void in Katy

The mixed-use town center will be at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Mason Road.

KATY, TX—A site has been identified as ideally suited for mixed use, which will also fill a retail void in this area. Plans are underway to develop an 82-acre mixed-use town center at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Mason Road. Planning will continue in the coming months for the initial 60-acre phase, which will include retail, restaurant, residential, hotel and office space. Trademark Property Co. has entered into an agreement with Westside Ventures for the development.
