HOUSTON—Located at 6624 Fannin St., O’Quinn Medical Tower includes 445,725 square feet of doctor’s offices above a 1,192-car parking garage. The 27-story building was designed by architect César Pelli and constructed in 1991. The property’s trademark spires reach 477 feet above street level, making it one of the tallest medical buildings in the world. 

The Baylor Clinic building, located at 6620 Main St., is connected to O’Quinn Medical Tower by a sky bridge. Built in 2003, the Baylor Clinic has 227,670 square feet of medical office space on five floors situated above 10 stories of parking.
