Walkability Draws Office Tenants to Campus

DALLAS—With a Walk Score of 92, Harwood offers a progressive culture, independent spirit and calming nature–all within 18 city blocks–making it one of the most walkable areas in Dallas.

Spirit Realty Spirit Realty recently signed 30,620 square feet at Harwood No. 3 in a headquarters relocation.

DALLAS—Harwood No. 3 is located at 2727 N. Harwood, in one of the fastest growing districts in the country. The office site is known for its walkability and tenant amenities. In fact, the Harwood campus is growing in popularity for corporate relocations, according to its leasing team.   

One of the most recent moves was from Spirit Realty Capital Inc., which recently relocated its Scottsdale, AZ-based headquarters to the district of Harwood. Spirit Realty Capital is a net-lease REIT that invests in and manages a portfolio primarily of single-tenant real estate assets throughout the United States.
