Roof Terrace and Wine Bar Could Pass for Hospitality Amenities

DALLAS—CBRE Global Investors recently completed $19 million in capital improvements in the Galleria office towers with upgrades that rival the finest hotels, which is attracting tenants such as MetLife and Merrill Lynch.

DALLAS—Kimley-Horn will be relocating from Park Central 7 to Two Galleria Tower located at 13455 Noel Rd., occupying the space in July 2017, according to CBRE. The planning, engineering, surveying and landscape architecture firm signed a 45,646-square-foot lease.

CBRE Global Investors recently completed $19 million in capital improvements in the 1.418 million-square-foot office towers including a new parking system with license plate recognition, a fitness center, upgrades to the lobby and elevator cabs, a wine bar, tenant lounge and rooftop terrace as well as multiple conference centers.
