Tahoe residential Clear Creek Tahoe is an invitation-only private club.

CLEAR CREEK, NVClear Creek Tahoe is a residential community and private club in the mountains just east of Lake Tahoe, about 20 minutes from both Incline Village and the ski slopes of Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe. On 1,576 acres surrounded by 6 million acres of the largest national forest in the lower 48 states, Clear Creek Tahoe is an invitation-only private club allowing members and their guests access to the premier Coore & Crenshaw-designed golf course, hiking trails, clubhouse, pro shop, restaurant and the Julia Morgan-designed beach/ski house, Twin Pines, located on the shore of Lake Tahoe and just a five-minute walk from Heavenly Village.

Clear Creek Tahoe closed on its first home-site sales last month. The buyers of these lots will soon begin construction on its new homes, ready to take advantage of a tax-free Nevada residency. The golf course has been previously in existence but home sites are only just now being made available to members. Homesites range from $350,000 to $1.75 million and custom-designed mountain cottages with two- to four- bedrooms will be offered shortly.
