Design Features Amenities to Attract and Retain Tenants

FRISCO, TX—Caddo Holdings makes a significant investment to completely make over the dated 12-story Mockingbird Towers property into a space that welcomes tenant interaction.

FRISCO, TX—The two 12-story Mockingbird Towers located at 1341 W. Mockingbird Ln. needed updating. Specifically, a two-story space totaling 63,000 usable square feet between two buildings previously featured large planters with rocks, stone, brick pavers and non-ADA-compliant glass rails, all of which dated the space.

Dallas-based Caddo Holdings engaged IA Interior Architects to update the public areas. In addition, Caddo Holdings also looked to update the existing deli, and add amenities to attract and retain tenants.
