Tire Universe has executed a long-term lease of 42,430 square feet at the Gateway Southwest Industrial Park development in this southwest suburb of Houston, says joint venture partners Conor Commercial Real Estate, a member of The McShane Companies, and USAA Real Estate Company. The firm will occupy approximately 33% of building one at the development.
