Distribution Centers Seek Central Arteries and Interchanges

MISSOURI CITY, TX—An industrial park’s location and transportation advantages is a good fit for a growing business that depends on transportation corridors and logistical distribution.

Gateway SW Industrial Gateway Southwest Industrial Park provides a central location with access to greater Houston.

MISSOURI CITY, TX—Located on a 36-acre parcel at the interchange of Beltway 8 and US 90 Alternate, Gateway Southwest Industrial Park provides a central location for business expansion. It has direct access to the greater Houston area via the Beltway 8, State Highway 69, Interstate 10 and the newly opened Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road.

Tire Universe has executed a long-term lease of 42,430 square feet at the Gateway Southwest Industrial Park development in this southwest suburb of Houston, says joint venture partners Conor Commercial Real Estate, a member of The McShane Companies, and USAA Real Estate Company. The firm will occupy approximately 33% of building one at the development.
