Mega-Office Park to Add 17th Building to its Roster

FRISCO, TX—The 17th building in HALL Park will soon be underway as $57.265 million in financing has been obtained by HFF for the development of 3201 Dallas Pkwy., a 12-story class-A office project.

FRISCO, TX—The 162-acre HALL Park is known for its landscaping, jogging trails, lakes and collection of more than 200 pieces of modern art displayed throughout common areas and outdoor spaces. Park amenities include a 10,000-square-foot fitness center, conference center, full-service bank, wine lounge, on-site restaurant options, food truck court, courtesy patrols, full-time concierge, retail center and on-site childcare.

The 17th building in the park will soon be underway as $57.265 million in financing has been obtained for the development of 3201 Dallas Pkwy., a 12-story class-A office project. The Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP team of senior managing director, Trey Morsbach, and associate director, Michael Cosby, worked on behalf of the developer, HALL Group, to place the construction loan with a lending syndicate led by Commerce Bank.
