HOUSTON—A strong property mix within the Westchase, Energy Corridor and Katy Freeway provides the backdrop for a portfolio owned by Dornin Investment Group. The Dornin Houston portfolio includes Columbia Centre at 11011 Richmond Ave., 1250 Woodbranch Park Dr., 11931 Wickchester Lane, Kirkwood Atrium Office Park at 11777 Katy Freeway and Ten Plaza West at 15915 Katy Freeway.

The investment group has retained The Beck Group as its exclusive leasing agent for the five-property portfolio. Dornin has also engaged ManagerFirm, an affiliate of The Beck Group, for property management services of the portfolio.
