Pre-leasing of Artist Walk rental apartments is underway, and the project now has 65% of its 30,0000 square feet of retail space already leased or in-contract ahead of planned project completion later this year. Retailers set to open at Artist Walk include Bun Appetit, Orange Theory Fitness, Sola Salon Studios, Lala Kabob House, i-Tea, Chengdu Hot Pot and De Ala Dental, according to Ryan McNamara, senior development director for Danville-based Blake
