CityLine Development Continues with Aloft

The Aloft hotel has opened at 1160 E. State St., with close proximity to major airports serving global business travelers perhaps associated with the 5 million square feet of office space when complete.

Aloft Aloft will have nearly 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

RICHARDSON, TX—At full build-out, CityLine, the 186-acre transit-oriented development, will contain 5 million square feet of office space, 3,925 multifamily residential units, more than 50 dining and service retail options, two hotels, and two parks with access to regional hike and bike trails. Approximately 30,000 people are expected to live and work at CityLine.

Signaling further development there, The Aloft Richardson has officially opened. Located at 1160 E. State St., the 148 guest rooms feature 9-foot-high ceilings, 50-inch LCD TVs and walk-in showers.
