Cypress Waters to Join Legacy and Las Colinas as Mega Campuses

Sustainable mixed-use suburban corporate campus Offices of Cypress Waters’ latest spec building was completed in May and is already 95% leased; its next spec building will be complete in third quarter 2018.

UWorld UWorld will occupy 50,000 square feet on the third floor of 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd.

DALLAS—In order to accommodate rapid growth in the college testing prep arena, UWorld will move its office from Irving to Cypress Waters, a 1,000-acre development that spans the cities of Dallas, Coppell and Irving. UWorld specializes in exam preparation for licensing exams and will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet on the third floor of 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd.

The structure on Cypress Waters Boulevard is the newest spec building that was completed earlier this year. UWorld plans to move into the space in January 2018, according to Billingsley Company.
