CBRE Names Ind. Asset Services Head

Brenda Crisp brings extensive property management experience on both the ownership and service provider sides.

LOS ANGELES—CBRE Group Inc. said Monday it had hired Brenda Crisp as managing director of industrial & logistics asset services, the Americas. In her new role, Crisp will lead the platform’s slate of services including property management, accounting, project management and engineering services for industrial properties. CBRE currently manages 366 million square feet in a region on a third-party basis.

Crisp will report to Grayson Gill, COO of asset services, and will work closely with Scott Marshall, executive managing director of industrial & logistics for the Americas, and Steve Bassett, executive managing director of strategic accounts. She’ll be based at CBRE’s Chicago offices.
