NEW YORK CITY–NGKF Capital Markets has taken a great leap forward in the Brooklyn market, tapping David Behin as executive managing director to spearhead its efforts in the borough. The capital markets veteran has been involved with more than $4 billion in real estate transactions across the tri-state area, notably in Brooklyn.
