NEW YORK CITY—Madison International Realty said Monday it had completed fundraising for Madison International Real Estate Liquidity Fund VI LP. With $1.39 billion in equity commitments, it’s the real estate private equity firm’s largest fund to date, exceeding the original $950-million target by more than 45%.
